Return & Exchange
1. If you find the product is defective or damaged or there is a shortage after receiving it, Please take photos and photos must include the label on the package box and the product inside the box. And please contact us by Gopadalanet@di-yoho.com.tw with attached photos within 7 days after receiving. We will help you as soon as possible.
2. When returning or exchanging goods, please keep the original packaging intact.
3. Notes on returns or exchanges: The returned or exchanged products must be restored to its original state when you received the product (including returned or exchanged products, inner and outer packaging, random documents, gifts, promo gifts, etc.)
4. The following situations may affect your return or exchange rights:
* If the product packaging is damaged, the seal is removed, the tag is removed, the adhesive is removed, or the label is removed, etc., without affecting your inspection of the product
* Other reasons beyond the inspection or attributable to you, resulting in damage, loss or alteration of the product.
5. You agree that Gopadala will process the invoice on your behalf if you return the goods or cancel orders.
